If you’re having issues accessing your account because of an invalid password or you can’t remember the password you set for yourself, follow these steps:

  1. Go to bgmovefit.com/my-account/lost-password/.
  2. Click the Forgot Password? hyperlink.
  3. In the User Name or Email field, enter the email address you’d like to reset the password for.
  4. Click Reset Password.
    You’ll then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  5. From the email, click the link titled Click to reset your password.
  6. You will be redirected to the password reset page.
  7. Choose a new password, confirm the new password, and then click Save.
  8. From the Login page, enter your email address and your new password, and then click Log in.
    * We recommend click the Remember Me button.

If you would like to upgrade your subscription to an All Access Bundle or would like to add on an additional subscription:

  1. Go to bgmovefit.com/shop/.
  2. Click the Sign Up Now button on the desired product.
  3. Review your cart.
  4. Complete the checkout process.
  5. Get ready to sweat!
