If you’re having issues accessing your account because of an invalid password or you can’t remember the password you set for yourself, follow these steps:
- Go to bgmovefit.com/my-account/lost-password/.
- Click the Forgot Password? hyperlink.
- In the User Name or Email field, enter the email address you’d like to reset the password for.
- Click Reset Password.
You’ll then receive an email with instructions to reset your password. - From the email, click the link titled Click to reset your password.
- You will be redirected to the password reset page.
- Choose a new password, confirm the new password, and then click Save.
- From the Login page, enter your email address and your new password, and then click Log in.
