Brian Guzman
My purpose in life is creating workouts that will lead you to a happier healthier you.
My fitness journey spans over 22 years and it is just beginning. As a fitness trainer, cycling instructor, race director, author and mentor to countless fitness trainers around the country. I lead with knowledge, passion and most importantly, humor. “How can you get through a workout without a smile or a chuckle along the way.” I’ll help you develop a strong foundation with movements, stretches, proper technique, and form. All fitness levels are welcome. If you are looking to be tested, GREAT. If you are looking for a foundation workout, GREAT. I’ll be ready for whatever you are looking for.
